Computer Systems Analyst (IT Specialist)
- Analyze science, engineering, business, and other data processing problems to develop and implement solutions to complex applications problems, system administration issues, or network concerns.
- Perform systems management and integration functions, improve existing computer systems, and review computer system capabilities, workflow, and schedule limitations.
- May analyze or recommend commercially-available software.
- Analyze the computer and information needs of the organization from an operational and strategic perspective and determine immediate and long-range personnel and equipment requirements.
- Plan and coordinate activities in such fields as electronic data processing, information systems tools (including SharePoint), and systems analysis.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or IT Discipline preferred.
Computer User Support Specialist
- Provide technical assistance to computer users.
- Answer questions or resolve computer problems for clients in person, via telephone, or electronically.
- May provide assistance concerning the use of computer hardware and software, including printing, installation, word processing, email, and operating systems.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Data Scientist
- Develop and implement a set of techniques or analytics applications to transform raw data into meaningful information using data-oriented programming languages and visualization software.
- Apply data mining, data modeling, natural language processing, and machine learning to extract and analyze information from large structured and unstructured datasets.
- Visualize, interpret, and report data findings. May create dynamic data reports.
Education: Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science or IT Discipline required.
Management Analyst (Post-Award)
- Provide budget execution support, financial documentation, and monitoring of project and Division funding in various financial-related tools and systems.
- Supports spend plan development, commitment tracking, obligation tracking, expenditure tracking, and reconciliation requirements.
- Supports the development of WBS elements and network activities in N-ERP.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Project Management Specialist
- Analyze and coordinate the schedule, timeline, procurement, staffing, and budget of a product or service on a per project basis.
- May train and lead junior project management personnel.
- Serve as a point of contact for leadership regarding inquiries aligned to project management decisions.
Education: Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Administrative Assistant
- Transcribe letters, reports, forms, or other material from rough draft, corrected copy, or voice recording.
- May perform other clerical duties as assigned.
Education: High School Diploma or General Education Development (GED).
